Terms of Service

By using mypal. and supporting services (“Service”) you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a brokerage or team, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Account

Provisioning is manual. mypal. will create your account after a demo and onboarding conversation. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the data you load into the Service.

Acceptable use

The Service is intended for legitimate real estate sales and brokerage operations. You may not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, to record calls in violation of consent law, or to process personal data outside the scope of your real estate business.

Fees + telephony

During the current pilot period, billing start date and scope are arranged with you when your workspace is provisioned. Once paid billing begins, the following applies: subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Additional calling and messaging usage (voice minutes beyond the included allowance, SMS segments, phone numbers) is billed in arrears based on provider and carrier costs, itemized on each invoice. Past-due accounts are suspended after 14 days notice.

Customer data

You retain ownership of your data. mypal.'s rights to process it are limited to providing the Service and improving it for you. Customer call content is not used by our API providers to train foundation models by default. See the privacy page for full detail.

Service availability

mypal. operates the Service with reasonable commercial care. Telephony availability is dependent on carrier providers. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Specific availability commitments are negotiated in writing if requested.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time with 30 days written notice. On termination, customer data is exported on request and removed from production and backup systems under our deletion policy, unless retention is required by law.

Liability

mypal.'s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. mypal. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the actions of customer end-users.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes are emailed to the account contact at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
