Sub-processors

Effective

MyPal CRM LLC ("MyPal") uses the companies below to process Customer Data, the information customers put into MyPal or connect to it. Each receives only the data it needs to do the job listed, under its own terms of service and data-protection terms.

Customers are told before a new sub-processor starts handling their data, as the Data Processing Addendum describes.

Services you connect

When you connect your own Google, Microsoft or Docusign account, or set up a webhook, MyPal exchanges data with that service on your instruction. Those services act for you under your agreement with them, not as MyPal’s sub-processors.

The service providers MyPal uses for its own records, such as access requests and calls to its sales line, are described in the Privacy Policy.
