600 minutes included
Every agent gets 600 minutes of calls listened to and filed each month. Most agents never go past it.
A few cents after that
Beyond 600 minutes you pay by the minute, and the rate drops the more you use. Your billing settings show the minutes used so far this period.
Calls and texts at cost
Phone minutes and text messages are passed through at what the carrier charges us. No markup.

Does MyPal ever send something without asking me?
Not unless you’ve told it to. Out of the box, anything that reaches a client waits for your OK. You can let MyPal answer new leads on its own under rules you write, and turn that off any time.
How does it learn to write like me?
It reads the emails you’ve already sent and learns your sentence length, your greetings and how you close. You can describe your style yourself, or bring a voice you set up in ChatGPT or Claude.
Can I bring my contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. Import from Google contacts or upload your old CRM’s export. MyPal sorts everyone into clients, leads and professionals and asks before merging anyone it isn’t sure about.
Is recording my calls legal?
Every call is recorded. When the other person may be in a state that needs everyone’s consent, like California, MyPal puts the recording notice in front of you to read out, and marks the call once you have.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Keep the number your clients already have, or get a new local one in minutes. Calls work from your phone and your laptop.
