How do I start a pilot?
Request access. A person replies, talks through how you run your week, and sets the workspace up with you. How long the pilot runs and when billing starts are agreed then.
How is this different from an AI note-taker?
A note-taker gives you a summary and leaves the work to you. MyPal updates the contact, books the showing, sends the follow-up, and keeps the promises you made on the call — and only comes back to you when a client is going to read something.
What about calls I don't want recorded?
Recording can be disabled per call or per contact. State-consent prompts play where two-party notice is required.
Is annual pricing different?
No. It is $99 a seat whether you pay monthly or yearly.
