MyPal

Your clients trust you. Here’s how we keep that trust.

What MyPal records, what it reads, where it’s kept, and how you stay in control of all of it.

Recording, by the law of your state.

Before MyPal listens, it plays the consent notice your state requires. Every call placed or received through MyPal is recorded, and the recording and transcript sit on the call’s record for you to read.

MyPal’s audit log: every change in the workspace, with who made it and when.

Every change is on the record.

Whatever MyPal changes, it says what, when and why, and you can read all of it in your workspace’s audit log. Nothing goes to a client without your say.

Your data is yours

We never sell customer data or share it with advertisers. Ask for an export of everything, or for your account to be deleted, at any time.

Your calls don’t train anyone’s AI

Call content is never used by our AI providers to train their models. We set no-training and no-retention controls on every request.

Stored in the US, encrypted

Customer data lives in US-region AWS, encrypted at rest, with backups encrypted too. Each workspace is isolated from every other.

Connected accounts, locked down

Access to your Google or Microsoft account is encrypted with rotating keys. Disconnect any time: access is revoked, and you choose whether synced mail is kept or deleted.

Sign-in that expires

Sessions end after seven idle days and never last longer than thirty. Passwords are at least twelve characters and checked against known breaches.

Quiet logs

Sensitive fields are redacted from our logs, and recipient addresses are left out of send logs entirely.
