mypal. (“mypal”, “we”) operates the mypal. workspace and supporting services. This page summarizes what we collect, why, and how we protect it. The full data-processing addendum is available on request.
Section 01What we collect
Account data (name, brokerage, email, phone), CRM data the customer creates (contacts, deals, tasks, notes, calendar events), and call data the customer routes through mypal. (audio, transcripts, derived structured fields). Usage telemetry (logins, page views, feature use) is collected for product quality.
Section 02How we use it
Customer data is used to provide the service. We do not sell customer data or share it with advertisers. Customer call content is not used by our AI sub-processors to train their foundation models — we set the no-training, no-retention controls on every request. Limited aggregated, de-identified usage signals inform product decisions.
Section 03Where it lives
Customer data is stored in US-region AWS. At-rest encryption is applied to all data stores. Per-tenant logical isolation prevents cross-customer access. Backups are encrypted; retention is documented and available on request.
Section 04Sub-processors
mypal. uses a small set of sub-processors to deliver the service: AWS (hosting), Twilio (telephony + SMS), Deepgram (transcription), OpenAI (LLM inference), Google (OAuth, Calendar, Contacts, Gmail, Maps), Microsoft (Graph: Calendar, Contacts, Mail), DocuSign (signatures), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-abuse), and a generic SMTP provider for transactional email. The current list is available on request and updated when it changes.
Section 05Recording consent
Call recording is gated by state law. mypal. plays a state-consent prompt at the carrier layer where required and honors per-call and per-contact opt-outs.
Section 06Your rights
Customers may request export of all data tied to their account, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of their account at any time. We respond to data requests within a reasonable timeframe and document the resolution. End users (the real estate clients of our customers) should reach out to the brokerage or agent that holds their data first; mypal. will work with the customer on resolution.
